File setup checklist: ✔ Build artwork at the exact ordered size ✔ Submit one single-page PDF or JPEG file ✔ Use a minimum resolution of 150 dpi at full size ✔ Use CMYK color mode — do not use Pantone or spot colors ✔ Convert all fonts to outlines before saving ✔ Do not include bleeds, crop marks, or printer marks ✔ Keep important text and logos at least ½" from finished edges when no pole pockets are selected ✔ Mesh banners are printed on one side only ✔ Maximum file size is 300 MB
3" pole pocket note: If you select 3" pole pockets, keep all important text, logos, and critical artwork at least 3" from each pocket edge so nothing is hidden inside the fold after finishing. A 3" pole pocket accommodates poles up to approximately 1.5" in diameter.

Mesh banners use perforated material that allows air to pass through, making them a practical choice for fences, scaffolding, building facades, construction sites, and other outdoor installations where wind load is a concern. Vinyl banners use solid material and are generally better suited for indoor displays or protected outdoor locations where greater opacity and stronger color saturation are preferred.
For fences and many outdoor installations, grommets every 2–3 feet provide multiple attachment points that help distribute tension across the banner. Use every available grommet when installing the banner. For pole-mounted displays, choose 3" pole pockets. Hook-and-loop fasteners are also available for compatible frames and display systems.
A 3" pole pocket accommodates poles up to approximately 1.5" in diameter. Keep important text, logos, faces, and other critical artwork at least 3" from any edge where a pole pocket will be added so important content does not fall inside the folded pocket area.
No. Mesh banners are printed on one side only. Because the material is perforated to allow air to pass through, the graphics are intended to be viewed from the printed side.

Yes. Mesh banners can be used indoors, but they are designed primarily for outdoor applications where airflow through the material is beneficial. For most indoor displays, a vinyl banner provides greater opacity and a more solid printed surface.
Clean your mesh banner with a soft cloth using mild soap and water. Do not machine wash or pressure wash it. Allow the banner to air dry completely before storing, and store it rolled rather than folded to help reduce creasing.
Yes. After uploading your artwork and adding your mesh banner to the shopping cart, you can download a low-resolution PDF proof before proceeding to checkout. Use the proof to review artwork placement, sizing, orientation, finishing placement, and overall appearance. Carefully check spelling, logos, contact information, and other important details before completing your order. If Bellia’s in-house design team creates or prepares your mesh banner artwork, we’ll provide a design proof for your approval before it goes to print.
