Mesh banners do not require a separate template. Build your artwork to the exact size you order and follow the guidelines below for the best print results.
File setup checklist: ✔ Build artwork at the exact ordered size ✔ Submit one single-page PDF or JPEG file ✔ Use a minimum resolution of 150 dpi at full size ✔ Use CMYK color mode — do not use Pantone or spot colors ✔ Convert all fonts to outlines before saving ✔ Do not include bleeds, crop marks, or printer marks ✔ Keep important text and logos at least ½" from finished edges when no pole pockets are selected ✔ Mesh banners are printed on one side only ✔ Maximum file size is 300 MB
3" pole pocket note: If you select 3" pole pockets, keep all important text, logos, and critical artwork at least 3" from each pocket edge so nothing is hidden inside the fold after finishing. A 3" pole pocket accommodates poles up to approximately 1.5" in diameter.

Mesh banners use perforated material that allows wind to pass through, making them ideal for fences, scaffolding, building facades, construction sites, and other outdoor installations where wind load matters. Vinyl banners are solid and better suited for indoor use or protected outdoor locations where maximum opacity and stronger color saturation are preferred.
For fences and most outdoor installations, grommets every 2–3 feet are the most secure option. Use every grommet during installation to distribute tension evenly and reduce stress on any single point. For pole-mounted displays, choose 3" pole pockets. For fabric frames or trade show-style installations, choose Velcro.
A 3" pole pocket accommodates poles up to approximately 1.5" in diameter. Keep all important text, logos, and critical artwork at least 3" from any edge where a pole pocket will be added so nothing is hidden inside the fold.

Yes. Mesh banners can be used indoors, but they are designed primarily for outdoor applications where wind resistance is important. For most indoor displays, a vinyl banner provides better opacity and image quality.
Clean your mesh banner with a soft cloth using mild soap and water. Do not machine wash or pressure wash it. Allow the banner to air dry completely before storing, and store it rolled rather than folded to reduce creasing.
