Aluminum signs do not require a separate template. Build your artwork to the exact size you order and follow the guidelines below for the best print results.
File setup checklist: ✔ Build artwork at the exact ordered size ✔ Submit a single-page PDF or JPEG file for each printed side ✔ Use a minimum resolution of 150 dpi at final printed size ✔ Use CMYK color mode — do not use Pantone or spot colors ✔ Convert all live fonts to outlines before saving ✔ Do not include bleed, crop marks, registration marks, or other printer marks ✔ Carefully review spelling, images, layout, dimensions, and orientation before submitting ✔ Maximum file size is 300 MB
Important: Keep important text, logos, QR codes, and other critical artwork at least 0.25" from all finished edges. Finished sign dimensions may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances and may not fit every third-party frame or sign holder. Yes. Aluminum signs can be printed in full color on the front only or on both sides. Double-sided printing works well for signs viewed from two directions, including parking signs, property entrances, directional signs, and freestanding displays.

Yes. Optional ¼"-diameter holes can be added during online ordering. Available configurations include holes in all four corners, the top corners, or centered at the top and bottom. You can also order signs without drilled holes. Frames, posts, fasteners, and other mounting hardware are not included unless specifically quoted or ordered.

Yes. After uploading your artwork and adding your aluminum sign to the shopping cart, you can download a low-resolution PDF proof before proceeding to checkout. Use the proof to review placement, sizing, orientation, and overall appearance. Be sure to carefully review your file before completing your order. If Bellia’s in-house design team creates or prepares your sign artwork, we’ll provide a design proof for your approval before it goes to print.
