Professionally printed letterhead does something a laser-printed sheet never can — it signals that your organization takes its presentation seriously. Before a single word is read, the quality of the paper and the crispness of your logo make an impression. That impression carries through to every proposal, invoice, contract, and correspondence you send.
Bellia prints custom letterhead on premium 70 lb. uncoated opaque text stock — heavier than standard copier paper, with a smooth, professional feel that accepts ink cleanly. Standard 8.5" × 11" sheets are fully compatible with most laser and inkjet office printers, making it easy to add personalized letters, invoices, or proposals after printing.
Based in Woodbury, NJ, we've been helping South Jersey businesses present themselves professionally since 1973.
Letterhead isn't just stationery—it's part of your brand. Every proposal, contract, invoice, or thank-you letter reinforces your company's professionalism. Quality paper and consistent branding help build credibility before your message is even read.
Designed for Everyday Office Printing
Our 70 lb. uncoated stock feeds reliably through most laser and inkjet printers, allowing you to print personalized letters, proposals, invoices, and other documents whenever you need them.
Professional Design Tips
Keep the header clean, avoid crowding the page with contact information, and leave generous white space for your correspondence. A subtle footer on additional pages helps multi-page documents feel polished and consistent.
Built for Proposals, Contracts & Correspondence
Whether you're sending a proposal to a new client or mailing official correspondence, professionally printed letterhead helps every document reflect the quality of your business.
A well-designed letterhead balances your brand elements without crowding the page. A few principles worth following:
Download the template below to set up your letterhead artwork. The template is built to the exact 8.5"×11" print size and includes bleed, trim, and safe zone guides. Keep all logos, text, and brand elements within the safe zone. Leave the body of the page open — your content will be printed on this sheet after delivery using your own office printer.
