All quotes are provided as estimates based on the information supplied. Pricing may change if project specifications, quantities, materials, or delivery requirements change.
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of all submitted artwork, text, images, mailing lists, and content.
Bellia is not responsible for errors contained in customer-approved files, including spelling, grammar, layout, formatting, or mailing data errors.
For orders using customer-uploaded artwork, no proof is issued prior to production. By reviewing your artwork and checking the confirmation box at checkout, you confirm the artwork is complete and accurate as submitted, and you authorize Bellia Design, Print & Mail to proceed to production based on that confirmation.
For orders where Bellia’s in-house design team creates the artwork, a proof will be provided for review, and production will not begin until approval is received.
Approval of a proof confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted all content, layout, and specifications.
Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, material availability, shipping conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery dates are estimates only.
Bellia is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, postal services, or other third parties.
Customers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of mailing lists and supplied data.
Bellia reserves the right to refuse any mailing that violates applicable laws, regulations, or postal requirements.
If an error occurs due to Bellia’s production process, we may choose to reprint the order or provide an appropriate remedy.
Claims regarding defects or shortages must be reported promptly after receipt of the order.
Customers represent that they have the necessary rights and permissions to reproduce all submitted content.
All website content, graphics, text, and materials are the property of Bellia Design, Print & Mail unless otherwise noted.
Bellia’s liability for any claim related to products or services shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
