Customer mailing lists provided for direct mail projects are stored on an isolated external hard drive that is not connected to Bellia’s network. Mailing data is used only to complete the requested project and is permanently deleted from the external hard drive once the job is complete.
Bellia does not sell, rent, share, retain long-term, or reuse customer mailing lists. Information may be provided to postal, mailing, shipping, or other service providers only when necessary to complete the services requested by the customer.
