Customer-supplied artwork is reviewed and approved by the customer during the online ordering process. There is no separate emailed proof for standard customer-uploaded artwork unless otherwise arranged. Carefully inspect the uploaded file, orientation, spelling, images, QR codes, page order, and finished size before confirming the order.
If Bellia’s in-house graphic design team creates or substantially revises your artwork, a design proof will be provided for approval before printing.
Bellia accepts print-ready PDF and high-resolution JPG files for online uploads. Product-specific requirements may vary, so review the specifications and template on the individual product page before submitting your artwork.
For most small-format printed products, images should be approximately 300 DPI at the final printed size. Large-format signs, banners, and displays may use different resolution requirements because they are viewed from farther away. Check the product page or template for specific instructions.
Most products with artwork extending to the edge require 0.125" of bleed on every side. Bleed extends the background or image beyond the finished trim edge and helps prevent unintended white borders after cutting. Keep important text, logos, and form fields inside the safe area.
Envelopes, NCR forms, and certain specialty products may have different requirements. Always follow the product template and setup instructions shown on the individual page.
CMYK is the preferred color mode for full-color printing. RGB colors may shift when converted for print, especially bright blues, greens, oranges, and other colors produced by illuminated screens. Convert your file to CMYK before submitting it whenever possible.
Printed color may not exactly match a phone, tablet, or computer monitor. Screens display color using RGB light, while commercial printing generally uses CMYK inks or toners. Monitor brightness, calibration, paper stock, coating, and production method can all affect the final appearance. Some color variation is normal.
Use a high-resolution QR code with strong contrast and enough clear space around it. Avoid placing it too close to a trim, fold, perforation, seam, or other production area. Test the final QR code from the artwork file before submitting the order to confirm that it opens the correct destination.
Yes. Bellia offers in-house graphic design services in Woodbury, New Jersey. Our team can create a design from scratch, adapt existing branding, rebuild an older file, or prepare artwork that meets the production requirements of your selected product.
Visit the Templates page or open the Templates tab on the individual product page. Use the template that matches the exact product size and configuration you are ordering.
Product templates identify the finished size, bleed, safe area, folds, perforations, pockets, flaps, seams, glue zones, mounting areas, and other production requirements. Using the correct template reduces the risk of important content being trimmed, folded, covered, or placed in an unusable area.
Check the product specifications for the required finished size and setup instructions. You may also contact Bellia before placing the order so our team can confirm the necessary artwork dimensions and production clearances.
Bellia may be able to help with file preparation, rebuilding, layout corrections, image replacement, bleed, sizing, and other design needs through our graphic design services. The amount of work required depends on the file and project.
