Each folder is printed in full color on premium cover stock and arrives professionally folded with pockets glued in place.

The template is built at the full flat (unfolded) size and includes bleed, trim, fold lines, pocket placement, and business card slit guides. Design your artwork using this template to ensure everything aligns properly after the folder is printed, die-cut, scored, folded, and glued.

Standard presentation folders measure 9" × 12" and are designed to hold standard 8.5" × 11" letter-size documents. Presentation folders commonly include brochures, sell sheets, proposals, pricing information, contracts, welcome letters, business cards, notepads, and other supporting documents. The combination depends on your industry and audience, but a presentation folder keeps everything organized, professional, and easy to distribute.
Two-pocket folders provide the most flexibility by separating different types of materials on each side. Single-pocket folders work well for simpler presentations or projects with fewer inserts. Optional business card slits securely hold your card so it stays with the presentation.
14pt AQ Gloss is our most popular option, offering a professional gloss finish at an excellent value. 14pt UV provides additional shine and color vibrancy. 16pt Satin offers a thicker stock with a soft matte appearance, while 16pt UV combines our heaviest stock with a high-gloss finish for maximum visual impact. 14pt Uncoated provides a natural appearance and is the easiest surface to write on.
Presentation folders are printed front only, which includes the exterior front cover, back cover, spine, and the visible pocket panels inside the folder. The inside panels above the pockets are not printed. If you’d like artwork to appear when the folder is opened, use the template provided in the Templates tab to position artwork within the printable pocket areas.
Download the template from the Templates tab before designing your folder. The template includes bleed, trim, fold lines, pocket placement, and business card slit guides. Submit a print-ready PDF or high-resolution JPG in CMYK color mode at approximately 300 dpi with 0.125" bleed on all sides. Before submitting your order, carefully review your artwork, spelling, layout, and sizing to make sure everything is correct.
