PDF or JPG? A print-ready PDF is preferred because it preserves fonts, panel layout, and fold positioning. High-resolution JPG files are also accepted when created at 300 dpi in CMYK color mode at the final printed size.

100# Smooth Cover is the best choice when recipients will handwrite messages because its matte surface accepts pen and ink cleanly. 100# Gloss Cover produces brighter color and sharper photo reproduction but may cause some inks to smear with certain pens.

Always design at the flat (open) size—not the folded size. For example, a 5" × 7" folded greeting card should be designed at 10" × 7". Submit a print-ready PDF (preferred) or a high-resolution JPG in CMYK color mode, and download the correct template from the Templates tab for bleed, trim, safe zone, and fold guides. Before submitting your order, carefully review your artwork, spelling, layout, and sizing to make sure everything is correct.
Once you upload your artwork, you'll review it and check a confirmation box verifying it's correct before your order moves into production—there's no separate proof step for customer-supplied artwork. If Bellia's in-house graphic design team creates your greeting card, we'll provide a design proof for your approval before printing.
Each order is priced for a single design. If you need multiple versions, place separate orders or request a custom quote for larger or more complex projects.
