Setup tip: Table tents fold in half, so the template represents the full flat sheet. Design the front and back panels within the designated template areas, keep all important text, logos, and QR codes inside the safe zones, and do not move the fold line or other template guides.
We print table tents in two sizes: 5” × 7” and 4” × 6”. Both work well for restaurant, event, and retail displays. The 5” × 7” size provides a taller, more prominent display, while the 4” × 6” size is more compact for crowded tables and counters.
120# Gloss Cover has a coated, glossy surface that gives colors and photos a vibrant appearance. 100# Smooth Cover is an uncoated stock with a smooth, matte appearance that works well for text-heavy designs and provides a surface that is easier to write on.
Table tents ship flat and pre-scored. Each one has two interlocking slits at the base. Simply fold along the scored center line and tuck the flaps together — they lock in place without glue, tape, or tools.
Yes. QR codes can link customers to your website, online menu, registration page, promotion, or other digital content. Include the QR code in your artwork before uploading and keep it inside the template’s safe area. For reliable scanning, we recommend a QR code at least 1” × 1” with strong contrast between the code and its background.
Submit a print-ready PDF or high-resolution JPG at 300 dpi minimum in CMYK color mode. Download the template for your size from the Table Tent Templates section to make sure your artwork is positioned correctly.
Table tents are currently available with full-color printing on the outside faces only. The inside is unprinted. If you have a specific two-sided printing requirement, request a custom quote and we can discuss available options.
After uploading your artwork, you can generate a low-resolution PDF proof from the shopping cart to review before checkout. Carefully check your artwork, spelling, layout, and sizing, then confirm that your file is correct before placing your order. If our in-house design team creates or prepares your table tent artwork, we’ll provide a design proof for your approval before it goes to print.
