Step and repeat banners are printed on 9 oz. fabric — lightweight, wrinkle-resistant, and ideal for indoor event use. The fabric surface produces vibrant full color with no glare under stage lighting or camera flash, keeping your logos sharp and readable in every photo taken in front of it.
Graphic + Frame orders ship in two separate boxes — one for the banner, one for the stand — but both ship at the same time and arrive with the same estimated delivery date.
Download the template that matches your banner size and finishing option. Pole Pocket templates account for the material folded at the top and bottom to create the pole sleeves, so keep logos, text, faces, QR codes, and other important artwork inside the safe area. No Pole Pocket templates are for graphics produced without top and bottom pole pockets. Be sure to use the template that matches the exact configuration you are ordering.
Artwork reminder: Pole pocket areas are used to form the top and bottom sleeves and may not be fully visible when the banner is installed. Keep sponsor logos, faces, text, QR codes, and other critical artwork inside the safe area shown on the template.

The 96" × 96" (8' × 8') size works well for individual photos, pairs, and smaller groups while fitting comfortably in many indoor event spaces. The 120" × 96" (10' × 8') size provides additional horizontal space for group photos and larger repeating logo patterns, making it a good choice for galas, red-carpet events, fundraisers, corporate events, and other high-traffic photo areas.
Step and repeat banners are printed on 9 oz. fabric, a lightweight material well suited for indoor events and photo backdrops. The fabric provides a smooth, professional-looking surface with less glare than many glossy banner materials, helping logos and branding remain clear in event photography.
Choose Graphic + Frame if you need a complete display with the telescoping stand. Choose Graphic Only if you already have a compatible stand and only need a replacement or updated banner graphic. When ordering the complete display, the stand and banner may ship in separate boxes.
Pole pockets are sleeves formed along the top and bottom edges of the banner so the horizontal support poles can slide through and hold the graphic taut on the stand. If your banner includes pole pockets, use the appropriate template to keep logos, text, faces, and other important artwork outside the areas used to form the pockets.
Build your artwork at the exact ordered size and do not include bleeds or crop marks. Logos are typically arranged in a repeating grid or alternating pattern across the backdrop. Use the template that matches your banner size and finishing option so important artwork remains inside the safe area and away from the pole pocket zones. Prepare artwork in CMYK color mode at a minimum of 150 dpi at final size and convert all fonts to outlines before saving.

Yes. Step and repeat banners are commonly designed with multiple sponsor, organization, or event logos arranged in a repeating pattern. Upload your artwork with all logos already positioned, or Bellia’s in-house design team can create the repeating layout for you.
The adjustable display frame assembles using the included support components and telescoping poles. See the Installation Guide in the product description above for illustrated step-by-step assembly instructions. Setup takes only a few minutes and the frame can be disassembled for storage and transportation between events.
Yes. After uploading your artwork and adding your step and repeat banner to the shopping cart, you can download a low-resolution PDF proof before proceeding to checkout. Use the proof to review logo placement, repetition, orientation, sizing, safe areas, and overall appearance. Carefully check spelling, sponsor logos, contact information, QR codes, and other important details before completing your order. If Bellia’s in-house design team creates or prepares your banner artwork, we’ll provide a design proof for your approval before it goes to print.
