Graphic + Frame orders ship in two separate boxes — one for the banner, one for the stand — but both ship at the same time and arrive with the same estimated delivery date.
Download the template for your banner size and finishing option. Pole Pockets templates account for the material folded at top and bottom to create the pole sleeve — build your design within the safe area so nothing important is hidden in the pocket. No Pole Pockets templates are for banner-only orders without a stand.

The 96"×96" (8'×8') works well for solo shots, pairs, and small groups of 3–4 people, and fits comfortably in most indoor event spaces. The 120"×96" (10'×8') accommodates larger groups of 6–8 people and gives more horizontal space for logo repetition — ideal for high-profile events where maximum brand exposure matters.

If you don’t already own a stand, order Graphic + Frame — the telescoping stand is included. If you already have a compatible stand, Graphic Only orders the banner alone. The stand and banner ship in two separate boxes but arrive at the same time with the same estimated delivery date.
Pole pockets are sleeves formed by folding the top and bottom edges of the banner — a horizontal pole slides through each pocket to keep the banner taut and smooth on the stand. If you’re ordering with pole pockets, use the corresponding template from the Templates tab so your design stays fully visible and nothing important is hidden in the folded sleeve.
Build your artwork at the exact ordered size — no bleeds or crop marks needed. Your logos should be arranged in a repeating grid pattern across the banner. Download the template for your size and finishing from the Templates tab — it shows the safe area and pole pocket zones. Submit in CMYK at 150 dpi minimum at final size with all fonts converted to outlines.
Submit a print-ready PDF or high-resolution JPG in CMYK color mode. Before submitting your order, carefully review your artwork, spelling, layout, and sizing to make sure everything is correct.
Yes — step and repeat banners are commonly used to feature multiple sponsor logos arranged in a repeating pattern. Upload a file with all logos already laid out, or contact us and our design team can build the layout for you.

Once you upload your artwork, you’ll review it and check a confirmation box verifying it’s correct before your order moves into production — there’s no separate proof step for uploaded artwork.
