Helping South Jersey nonprofits communicate their mission, engage donors & grow their impact since 1973.
Nonprofits rely on printed materials to communicate their mission, connect with donors, promote programs, support fundraising, and keep their communities informed. Bellia Design, Print & Mail has worked with charitable organizations, foundations, human service agencies, faith-based nonprofits, associations, and cause-driven organizations throughout South Jersey since 1973.
We serve nonprofit organizations throughout Gloucester County, Camden County, Burlington County, Salem County, and the greater Philadelphia region. Bellia can support one-time projects, recurring organizational materials, fundraising campaigns, events, and direct mail.
Whether you need a direct mail campaign, a professionally produced gala or event program, or everyday organizational materials, Bellia can assist with graphic design, printing, finishing, mailing preparation, and delivery.

Direct mail gives nonprofit organizations another way to reach donors, members, supporters, volunteers, and prospective audiences beyond email and social media. Bellia’s direct mail services can include mailing-list processing, graphic design, personalization, printing, CASS-certified address standardization, NCOALink processing, postal preparation, and USPS postal entry.
Customer mailing lists are stored on an isolated external hard drive that is not connected to Bellia’s network. Mailing data is used only to complete the requested project and is permanently deleted from the external drive once the job is complete. Bellia does not sell, rent, share, retain long-term, or reuse customer mailing lists.
From annual appeals and year-end giving campaigns to capital campaigns and special initiatives, Bellia produces coordinated fundraising materials that help nonprofits present their message clearly and professionally. Available pieces include brochures, remittance envelopes, sponsorship packets, postcards, letters, reply materials, and other campaign components.
Galas, golf outings, awards dinners, fundraisers, donor receptions, and community events often require multiple coordinated print pieces. Bellia produces event programs, invitations, step-and-repeat banners, table tents, signage, sponsor recognition materials, and other supporting event pieces.
Keep donors, members, volunteers, clients, and community partners informed with professionally produced newsletters, annual updates, impact reports, program guides, and organizational communications. Bellia can work within existing brand standards or assist with graphic design when new materials are needed.
Nonprofits can support volunteer recruitment, community events, public education, program awareness, and outreach initiatives with flyers, posters, rack cards, postcards, banners, and other printed communications. Bellia can help select appropriate formats, quantities, and finishing options based on the audience, distribution plan, and project requirements.
Nonprofit organizations commonly print donor appeal mailers, mission brochures, annual reports and event programs, gala invitations, appeal postcards, remittance envelopes, sponsorship packets, and event flyers.
Bellia works with qualifying nonprofit organizations to use USPS nonprofit postage pricing for eligible direct mail campaigns. Bellia can provide mailing-list processing, CASS-certified address standardization, NCOALink processing, postal preparation, and USPS postal entry. Nonprofit postage eligibility depends on the organization’s USPS authorization and the requirements of the individual mailing.
Your organization does not need its own mailing permit, but it must have an active USPS nonprofit mailing authorization to qualify for nonprofit postage pricing. Provide Bellia with your nonprofit authorization information so we can review the mailing and prepare it using the appropriate Bellia mailing permit. Without active nonprofit authorization, another applicable postage option must be used.
Your organization must apply with USPS and receive nonprofit mailing authorization before nonprofit postage pricing can be used. Bellia can help explain the information typically needed and discuss the mailing options available while authorization is pending. Until approval is received, the project must use another applicable postage option.
