Printed directly onto 1/8" white rigid PVC using fade-resistant UV inks, these lightweight plastic signs deliver crisp graphics, vibrant color, and a smooth matte finish that minimizes glare without requiring lamination.
Available in three standard sizes from 18" × 24" to 36" × 48", Bellia's PVC board signs can be printed single- or double-sided, with quantities starting at just one piece. They're an excellent choice for retail displays, lobby signage, real estate signs, trade show graphics, presentations, point-of-purchase displays, and indoor or short-term outdoor signage. Custom sizes are available up to 48" × 96". Signs larger than 48" × 38" are available for local pickup only and cannot be shipped.

PVC board signs do not require a separate template. Build your artwork to the exact size you order and follow the guidelines below for the best print results.
File setup checklist: ✔ Build artwork at the exact ordered size ✔ Submit a print-ready PDF or high-resolution JPEG ✔ Submit one single-page file for each printed side ✔ Use a minimum resolution of 150 dpi at full size ✔ Use CMYK color mode ✔ Embed all fonts or convert them to outlines before saving ✔ Do not include bleeds, crop marks, registration marks, or printer marks ✔ Keep important text, logos, QR codes, and other critical artwork at least 0.125" from all finished edges ✔ For double-sided signs, upload the front and back as two separate files ✔ Carefully review spelling, images, layout, dimensions, and orientation before submitting

PVC board signs can be mounted using heavy-duty double-sided tape, construction adhesive, screws with washers, stand-offs, or standard sign hardware. The material can also be drilled for custom mounting. If you are unsure which installation method is best for your application, request a custom quote and our team will be happy to help.
Once you upload your artwork, you’ll review it and check a confirmation box verifying it’s correct before your order moves into production — there’s no separate proof step for uploaded artwork. If our in-house design team creates your sign for you, we’ll share a design proof for your approval before it goes to print.
