Municipalities, townships, boroughs, utility authorities, school boards, and other public agencies rely on a wide range of printed materials to communicate with residents, support daily operations, and manage public programs. Bellia Design, Print & Mail has served South Jersey municipalities and public-sector organizations since 1973 with commercial printing, direct mail, graphic design, forms, signage, and community communications.
We work with municipalities and public agencies throughout Gloucester County, Camden County, Burlington County, Salem County, and Cumberland County. Municipal operations rely on permit applications, inspection reports, work orders, maintenance records, receipts, and other administrative forms. Bellia produces NCR carbonless forms in 2-part, 3-part, and 4-part sets with municipal branding, custom fields, sequential numbering, and other approved specifications.
Bellia can also print legal notices, ordinances, official documents, public information materials, and other customer-supplied municipal content. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all legal, regulatory, statutory, public-notice, accessibility, and formatting requirements before production.
Need zoning maps, site plans, engineering drawings, or other large-format technical documents? Bellia can reproduce approved digital files or suitable hard-copy originals in color or black and white, with enlargement, reduction, copying, and scanning available depending on the project.
Municipalities can use direct mail for tax notices, public information, service announcements, recreation programs, community updates, event notices, and other resident communications. Bellia’s direct mail services can include mailing-list processing, graphic design, personalization, printing, CASS-certified address standardization, NCOALink processing, postal preparation, and USPS postal entry.
For neighborhood-based campaigns, Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) can reach eligible addresses along selected USPS carrier routes without a traditional mailing list.
Customer mailing lists provided for municipal direct mail projects are stored on an isolated external hard drive that is not connected to Bellia’s network. Mailing data is used only to complete the requested project and is permanently deleted from the external drive when the job is complete. Bellia does not sell, rent, share, retain long-term, or reuse customer mailing lists.
Bellia also produces community guides, newsletters, parks and recreation calendars, postcards, flyers, and public-service information materials for year-round resident communication.
Municipal buildings, parks, parking areas, public works facilities, and community spaces use durable, clearly readable signage for directional information, facility identification, public notices, parking instructions, and other operational needs. Bellia produces aluminum signs for indoor and outdoor applications and PVC signs for interior directional and departmental use.
Bellia also produces event banners, community posters, window graphics, and other promotional or informational materials for municipal events and public programs. Customers are responsible for confirming any regulatory, accessibility, parking, traffic-control, or facility-specific signage requirements before production.
Municipalities commonly need permit forms and NCR carbonless forms, official letterhead, envelopes, staff and elected-official business cards, community guides, municipal and recreation calendars, newsletters, meeting materials, facility signage, and resident outreach mailings. Public works departments, utility authorities, police departments, parks and recreation programs, and municipal offices may each require different forms and communication materials.
