Printed locally in Woodbury, New Jersey, our custom fabric banners are available in sizes up to 8' × 100' and can be finished with pole pockets, hems, grommets, or Velcro so they arrive ready to hang. Their durable dye-sublimated construction resists fading, folds easily for transport, and can be used event after event.
Fabric banners do not require a separate template. Build your artwork to the exact size you order and follow the guidelines below for the best print results.
File setup checklist: ✔ Build artwork at the exact ordered size ✔ Submit one single-page PDF or JPEG file ✔ Use a minimum resolution of 150 dpi at full size ✔ Use CMYK color mode — do not use Pantone or spot colors ✔ Convert all fonts to outlines before saving ✔ Do not include bleeds, crop marks, registration marks, or printer marks ✔ Carefully review spelling, images, layout, dimensions, and orientation before submitting ✔ Maximum file size is 300 MB
3" pole pocket note: Build your artwork at the final finished banner size. Do not add extra space for the pole pocket or hem. If you select 3" pole pockets, keep all important text, logos, faces, QR codes, and other critical artwork at least 3" from the pole pocket edge so nothing is hidden after finishing.

Fabric banners have a soft, wrinkle-resistant polyester surface with a smooth, low-glare finish, making them ideal for trade shows, photography backdrops, stage displays, corporate events, and other indoor environments. Vinyl banners have a more rigid, weather-resistant surface and are generally the better choice for extended outdoor use and exposure to rain, wind, and sunlight.
Machine wash the banner in cold water on a gentle cycle, then lay it flat or hang it to dry. Wrinkles and creases can be removed with a handheld steamer. Do not use bleach, tumble dry, or iron the printed fabric.
Yes. Fabric banners fold into a much smaller space than vinyl banners, making them easy to transport and store between events. Most fold lines relax naturally after the banner is hung, and remaining wrinkles can be removed with a handheld steamer.
Yes. The loop side is sewn directly onto the fabric banner. The matching hook side is included as an adhesive-backed strip that can be applied to a wall, frame, booth structure, or other suitable display surface.
A 2" pole pocket accommodates poles up to 1" in diameter. A 3" pole pocket accommodates poles up to 1.5" in diameter. The pole itself is not included unless specifically stated with the display hardware being ordered.
Create your artwork at the exact finished banner size ordered. Do not add extra material for the pole pockets or hems, and do not include bleed or crop marks. Keep logos, text, faces, and other important design elements outside the selected 2" or 3" pole pocket area. The finished hemline will run across the artwork 2" or 3" from the edge, depending on the pole pocket selected.
Example: Build the artwork at the exact ordered size. The pole pockets fold over the printed artwork, so keep important logos, text, and faces away from the dashed hemlines.
Submit a print-ready PDF or high-resolution JPG in CMYK color mode, built at the exact finished banner size. Before submitting your order, carefully review your artwork, spelling, layout, and sizing to make sure everything is correct.
