Standard 33" × 81": Keep important text, logos, phone numbers, QR codes, and calls to action below the 1" top safety margin and above the 3" bottom safety margin. The top attaches to the header bar, while the bottom retracts into the base.

The bottom 3" of the 33" × 81" banner retracts into the base when the display is assembled, so that portion of the graphic may be concealed by the hardware. Keep logos, phone numbers, QR codes, and calls to action above the 3" bottom safety margin. The top 1" of the graphic attaches to the banner’s header bar. Keep all important artwork below this line so text, logos, QR codes, and other critical content are not covered by the hardware when the banner is displayed.

Yes. Your artwork does not have to visually fill the entire banner. You can incorporate white space, background color, or other intentional open areas into the design. The artwork file itself should still be built to the required dimensions for the display you are ordering.
Rotate the two stabilizing feet outward, assemble the support pole, and insert it into the base. Pull the banner upward carefully and attach the top rail to the support pole. No tools are required for setup.
Yes. The compact tabletop retractable banner is designed for portable use and works well for trade shows, conferences, meetings, recruiting events, and traveling presentations. Check your airline’s current luggage size and weight requirements before packing it for air travel.
Retractable banners can be used outdoors for short periods in calm conditions, but the hardware is primarily designed for indoor displays and should not be used in windy conditions. Retract and store the banner when it is not actively being used to help protect the graphic and hardware.

Yes. After uploading your artwork and adding your retractable banner to the shopping cart, you can download a low-resolution PDF proof before proceeding to checkout. Use the proof to review artwork placement, sizing, orientation, and overall appearance. Carefully check logos, spelling, phone numbers, QR codes, and other important details before completing your order. If Bellia’s in-house design team creates or prepares your banner artwork, we’ll provide a design proof for your approval before printing.
