Bellia’s Velcro pop-up displays are printed in vibrant full color on premium 8.8 oz. machine-washable stretch polyester fabric that attaches to a lightweight aluminum accordion frame with sewn-on hook-and-loop fasteners. The graphic can remain attached to the frame between events, allowing the display to expand quickly without tools. Each display includes a soft carrying bag, with optional LED lighting and a hard transport case that converts into a podium available for added convenience.

Download the template that matches your pop-up display size. Each template includes safe zone, side panel, and wrap guides to help position your artwork correctly. Keep logos, text, QR codes, faces, and other important content inside the safe zone, as the graphic wraps around the frame to create the finished display. Submit your artwork as a print-ready PDF.

Yes. Your stretch fabric graphic arrives pre-installed on the aluminum accordion frame. Simply remove the display from the carrying bag, expand the frame, secure the locking connectors, and you’re ready to go. No tools are required. Setup instructions are also available in the Templates tab for future reference.
The 8 ft display is a good choice for standard 10' × 10' trade show booths and smaller exhibit spaces. The 10 ft display provides greater visual coverage for larger booths, conferences, retail displays, and high-traffic events where additional backdrop width is helpful.
Yes. If you already own a compatible frame, Bellia can print a replacement stretch fabric graphic without requiring new hardware. It’s an economical way to update your branding, campaign, or event messaging while continuing to use your existing display.
Yes. The 8.8 oz. stretch polyester fabric can be machine washed in cool water with mild detergent. Allow it to air dry completely before reinstalling it on the frame. Do not use bleach, high heat, or machine drying.
Each display includes the aluminum accordion frame, pre-installed stretch fabric graphic, and a soft carrying bag. Optional LED lights and a hard transport case that converts into a podium are also available.
Download the template for your selected display size and build your artwork at the full graphic dimensions in CMYK color mode at 150 dpi or higher. Keep logos, text, faces, and other important elements inside the safe zone because the fabric wraps around the frame. Submit a print-ready PDF and carefully review your artwork, spelling, layout, and sizing before completing your order.
Yes. After uploading your artwork and adding your pop-up display to the shopping cart, you can download a low-resolution PDF proof before proceeding to checkout. Use the proof to review artwork placement, sizing, orientation, and overall appearance. Carefully check logos, spelling, contact information, and other important details before completing your order. If Bellia’s in-house design team creates or prepares your display artwork, we’ll provide a design proof for your approval before it goes to print.
