A well-designed brochure does something a business card or flyer can’t — it gives your audience room to learn. Multiple panels, folded and organized, let you tell your story, showcase your services, and make a case for your business in a format people can hold onto, share, and reference long after the conversation ends.
Bellia prints custom brochures in full color on premium text and cover stocks in three flat sizes, with seven fold options ranging from a simple half fold to multi-panel specialty folds. Whether you're handing them out at a trade show, displaying them in your office, preparing folded self-mailers, or mailing them to prospects, a professionally printed brochure helps organize your message and make a lasting impression.
Not sure where to begin? Bellia offers free production templates for every brochure size and fold style. Each template includes bleed, trim, safe area, and fold guides to help you build your artwork correctly before uploading your files.
Based in Woodbury, NJ, Bellia has been helping South Jersey businesses communicate their value since 1973.
Many brochures can also be used as folded self-mailers for marketing campaigns, announcements, and customer communications. Bellia can process your mailing list, apply variable recipient addressing, prepare brochures according to USPS mailing requirements, apply wafer seals or tabs when required, and deliver your mailing to the USPS. If you're planning a direct mail campaign, we'll help determine the best brochure size, fold style, paper stock, mailing format, and postal strategy for your project.
Every fold creates a different reading experience. Whether you're introducing your business, walking customers through a process, or showcasing products, choosing the right fold helps organize your message and makes it easier to read.
Best for: Menus, event programs, presentations, and product sheets.
Creates a simple book-style brochure with four pages that are easy to read and organize.
Best for: Company brochures, service guides, menus, and direct mail.
The most familiar brochure format. Three panels fold inward to create six organized sections for presenting information in a clear sequence.
Best for: Maps, timelines, comparisons, and step-by-step guides.
The panels fold in alternating directions to form a Z shape, allowing each section to open independently.
Best for: Luxury products, real estate, architecture, and dramatic presentations.
Two outer panels open toward the center to reveal a larger interior section for maximum visual impact.
Best for: Product catalogs, price lists, travel guides, and information-heavy brochures.
The sheet folds in half and then folds again in the same direction, creating a compact brochure with additional panels.
Best for: Event schedules, instructional guides, directories, maps, and specialty marketing pieces.
Accordion folds alternate direction like a fan, while barrel folds roll inward one panel over another. Both provide additional panels for longer or sequential content.

Download the template for your flat size and fold type. Templates include bleed, trim, safe zone, and fold line guides with correct panel widths pre-configured for each fold style. Always build your artwork on the correct template — panel widths vary by fold type and a wrong setup will result in content being cut off or folding incorrectly.
We offer accordion, barrel, trifold, gate, half, parallel, and Z-fold brochures. Each fold organizes information differently, so the best choice depends on your content and how you want readers to move through it. For help choosing, call 856.845.2234 or email quotes@belliaprinting.com.
We offer brochures in three flat sizes: 8.5" × 11", 8.5" × 14", and 11" × 17". The 8.5" × 11" size is a popular choice for company brochures, service guides, and general marketing. The larger sizes provide more room for photographs, maps, menus, schedules, product information, and detailed content.
Use the template for your selected flat size and fold type. Folded brochures do not always use equal-width panels, so the correct template helps ensure that panels nest properly and important content does not cross a fold line. Include 0.125" bleed when artwork prints to the edge, and keep text, logos, QR codes, and other important information at least 0.125" inside the trim edge and away from folds.
Download the template for your selected size and fold. It shows the correct outside and inside panel arrangement so the brochure reads properly after folding. Before submitting your artwork, print a reduced test copy on plain paper, fold it by hand, and confirm that all panels appear in the intended order and orientation.
We may score heavier cover stocks before folding to create a cleaner crease and help reduce surface cracking. Avoid placing important text directly on fold lines, and keep in mind that very dark or heavy ink coverage across a fold may show some wear when the brochure is opened repeatedly.
100# Gloss Text is a flexible coated stock that folds well and produces vibrant color for general marketing brochures. 32# Text is a lighter, uncoated option suited to economical or higher-volume handouts. For a heavier and more substantial brochure, choose 100# Gloss Cover for a polished coated finish or 100# Smooth Cover for a clean, non-glossy appearance.
Yes — we print brochures in full color on one side of the flat sheet or on both sides. Printing on both sides gives you the most space for inside and outside panels, while front-only printing leaves the reverse side unprinted.
Prepare your artwork in CMYK color mode and submit a print-ready PDF or high-resolution JPG. Use original images at approximately 300 dpi at the final printed size, and avoid enlarging small images, screenshots, or graphics copied from websites. RGB artwork must be converted for printing and may shift in appearance, so carefully reviewing colors and image quality before submitting your order helps produce the best possible result.
We accept print-ready PDF files and high-resolution JPG files. PDF is preferred for brochure layouts because it preserves text, graphics, panel placement, and fold positioning. JPG artwork should be approximately 300 dpi, prepared in CMYK color mode, and built at the full flat, unfolded size. Include 0.125" bleed on every side when backgrounds or images print to the edge, and use the correct fold-specific template to position panels and fold lines accurately.
Before your order moves into production, you’ll review your uploaded artwork and check a confirmation box verifying it’s correct. Carefully check spelling, contact information, panel order, fold placement, images, QR codes, and other layout details before submitting to make sure everything is accurate.
