Professional print materials for hotels, restaurants & hospitality businesses throughout South Jersey since 1973.
Hotels, restaurants, event venues, bed and breakfasts, resorts, and other hospitality businesses rely on printed materials to shape the guest experience from the first impression through every touchpoint of a visit or stay. From the brochure that introduces your property, to the table tent promoting a restaurant special, to the rack card displayed at a visitor center, every piece helps reinforce your brand. Bellia Design, Print & Mail has produced hospitality printing for South Jersey businesses since 1973.
We serve hotels, motels, inns, resorts, restaurants, catering companies, conference centers, and event venues throughout Gloucester County, Camden County, Burlington County, Salem County, South Jersey, and the greater Philadelphia region. Our team can work within established brand standards, seasonal schedules, event deadlines, and property-specific requirements to help keep printed materials consistent across guest rooms, restaurants, meeting spaces, and marketing campaigns.

Printed materials inside your property are part of the guest experience. A well-designed table tent promoting a restaurant special, a branded notepad in a guest room, a door hanger explaining housekeeping options, or a rack card highlighting local attractions can help communicate useful information while reinforcing your brand.
Bellia can produce coordinated hospitality materials that follow your existing logo, colors, typography, and visual standards. Our in-house graphic design team can also create new materials or update existing pieces when needed.
Operating a conference center, ballroom, restaurant, or event venue? Bellia produces banners and signage, posters, programs and booklets, table tents, presentation materials, and other printed pieces for corporate meetings, weddings, galas, conferences, and private events. Share your event date early so Bellia can review the production requirements and available schedule.
Direct mail can help hotels, resorts, restaurants, and event venues reconnect with past guests and promote seasonal packages, dining offers, special events, loyalty incentives, and future bookings. Bellia can manage mailing-list processing, graphic design, personalization, printing, NCOALink and CASS-certified address processing, postal preparation, and USPS postal entry as part of a direct mail campaign.
For neighborhood-based promotions, Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) can reach eligible addresses along selected USPS carrier routes without purchasing a traditional mailing list. EDDM can be a useful option for restaurant openings, local event promotions, seasonal offers, and other campaigns focused on nearby households.
Customer mailing lists provided for direct mail projects are stored on an isolated external hard drive that is not connected to Bellia’s network. Mailing data is used only to complete the requested project and is permanently deleted when the job is finished. Bellia does not sell, rent, share, retain long-term, or reuse customer mailing lists.
Hotels commonly use in-room materials such as branded notepads, door hangers, and table tents, along with guest-facing materials including property brochures, rack cards, promotional postcards, welcome materials, maps, and event information. Conference centers and banquet facilities may also use banners and displays, signage, presentation folders, menus, and event programs.
Restaurants commonly use menus, takeout menus, table tents, rack cards, flyers, signage, promotional postcards, and other marketing materials to promote specials, seasonal offerings, grand openings, catering services, and community events.
