Precise, professional print for South Jersey law firms, title agencies & legal organizations since 1973.
Law firms, title agencies, legal associations, and other legal organizations rely on printed materials that reflect the professionalism of their practice. From client-facing stationery and presentation folders to event programs, newsletters, direct mail, and bound documents, Bellia Design, Print & Mail has produced professional printing for South Jersey legal organizations since 1973.
We serve law firms, solo practitioners, title companies, bar associations, legal aid organizations, and professional firms throughout Gloucester County, Camden County, Burlington County, Mercer County, South Jersey, and the greater Philadelphia region. Our team can work with customer-supplied specifications, established brand standards, and project deadlines for both one-time and recurring print needs.

Courts and jurisdictions may have specific requirements for document size, paper, cover stock, binding, color, margins, and other production details. Bellia can produce saddle-stitched, coil-bound, and perfect-bound documents according to customer-supplied specifications.
Customers are responsible for confirming the filing, formatting, content, page-count, binding, cover, and other requirements that apply to their court or jurisdiction before production. Share your specifications and deadline as early as possible so Bellia can review the project and available production schedule.
Bar associations, legal societies, and law firms use Bellia for printed materials supporting installation dinners, Law Day events, retirement ceremonies, awards programs, networking events, and other professional gatherings. Bellia can coordinate multiple printed pieces so invitations, programs, signage, and supporting materials maintain a consistent appearance.
Consistent printed materials help law firms present a professional identity across client meetings, correspondence, referral relationships, networking, and business development. Bellia produces business cards, letterhead, envelopes, brochures, folders, postcards, and other firm marketing materials that can be coordinated with existing brand standards.
Need presentation folders for new-client meetings, practice-area brochures or one-sheets, or rack cards for your office or referral partners? Bellia’s in-house graphic design team can work within an established identity or develop new print materials for the firm.
Direct mail can support law firm outreach, seminars, practice-area awareness, community education, firm announcements, and other marketing initiatives. Bellia can assist with mailing-list processing, graphic design, personalization, printing, CASS-certified address processing, NCOALink processing, postal preparation, and USPS postal entry as part of a direct mail campaign.
Campaign formats may include postcards, letters, brochures, envelopes, and other targeted mail pieces. For neighborhood-based campaigns, Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) can reach eligible addresses along selected USPS carrier routes without a traditional mailing list.
Customer mailing lists provided for direct mail projects are stored on an isolated external hard drive that is not connected to Bellia’s network. Mailing data is used only to complete the requested project and is permanently deleted from the external drive when the job is complete. Bellia does not sell, rent, share, retain long-term, or reuse customer mailing lists.
Law firms commonly need attorney business cards, firm letterhead, branded envelopes, client presentation folders, practice-area brochures, one-sheets, rack cards, newsletters, and direct mail pieces. Litigation and appellate practices may also need bound briefs, hearing materials, exhibit books, and courtroom presentation materials.
Once you upload your artwork, you'll review it and check a confirmation box verifying it's correct before your order moves into production. There is no separate proof step for uploaded artwork. If Bellia's in-house design team creates or updates your materials, we'll provide a design proof for approval before printing.
