Build your artwork on the layer labelled Artwork — do not adjust the artboard size, reposition guidelines, or delete mask/guide layers unless instructed by the template. Submit as JPEG or single-page PDF in CMYK at 150 dpi. No bleeds or crop marks needed. For double-sided orders, upload front and back as two separate files.

Yes, but assembly is quick and tool-free. Simply connect the interlocking pole sections, slide the flag sleeve over the pole, secure the elastic tension cord at the bottom, and insert the completed display into your selected base. Most feather flags can be assembled in just a few minutes.
Choose the Ground Spike for grass, soil, or sand. The Cross Base is recommended for concrete, asphalt, tile, and other hard surfaces. Add the optional Water Bag for additional stability outdoors, or choose the Heavy-Duty Square Base when you need maximum stability in windy or high-traffic locations.
Single-sided printing is the most economical option. Your artwork prints on one side and shows through the back as a lighter, mirrored image. Double-sided printing uses two printed graphics sewn back-to-back with a silver blockout layer between them, providing a readable image from both directions.
Yes. Replacement flags are available if you already own compatible feather flag hardware. Simply select the replacement flag option instead of purchasing a complete display. Request a custom quote.
Feather flag sizes refer to the approximate assembled height of the complete display, including the pole. The printed graphic dimensions vary by size. Refer to the Materials & Specs section for the exact artwork dimensions before creating your file.
Submit a print-ready PDF or high-resolution JPG in CMYK color mode, built at the exact artwork dimensions listed for your selected flag size. Before submitting your order, carefully review your artwork, spelling, layout, and sizing to make sure everything is correct.
Make sure the elastic tension cord at the bottom of the flag is pulled tight and securely attached. Proper tension stretches the fabric over the pole, removes wrinkles, and allows the flag to display correctly.
Machine wash the flag using cold water and a gentle cycle. Hang or lay flat to air dry. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or iron. Proper care helps extend the life and appearance of the printed fabric.
Once you upload your artwork, you’ll review it and check a confirmation box verifying it’s correct before your order moves into production — there’s no separate proof step for uploaded artwork.
