Aluminum signs do not require a separate template. Build your artwork to the exact size you order and follow the guidelines below for the best print results.
File setup checklist: ✔ Build artwork at the exact ordered size ✔ Submit one single-page PDF or JPEG file ✔ Use a minimum resolution of 150 dpi at full size ✔ Use CMYK color mode — do not use Pantone or spot colors ✔ Convert all fonts to outlines before saving ✔ Do not include bleeds, crop marks, registration marks, or printer marks ✔ Keep important text, logos, and other critical artwork at least 0.25" from all finished edges ✔ Carefully review spelling, images, layout, dimensions, and orientation before submitting ✔ Maximum file size is 300 MB

Yes. In addition to the three sizes available for online ordering, we can produce custom aluminum signs from 6" × 6" up to 48" × 96". If the size you need is not listed in the online configurator, request a custom quote with your dimensions, quantity, printing, and mounting requirements.
Yes. We print aluminum signs with full-color printing on the front only or on both sides. Double-sided printing works well for signs viewed from two directions, including parking signs, property entrances, directional signs, and freestanding displays.

We print our aluminum signs on .040" aluminum sheet. This rigid, lightweight material works well for mounting on walls, fences, posts, and other indoor or outdoor surfaces. For a project that requires a different material or heavier-duty construction, request a custom quote and we’ll help determine the right option.
Yes. Optional .25"-diameter punched holes can be added during online ordering to make installation easier. Available configurations include holes in all four corners, the top corners, or the center top and bottom. Frames, posts, fasteners, and other mounting hardware aren’t included unless specifically quoted or ordered.
