Standard 33" × 81": Keep important text, logos, phone numbers, QR codes, and calls to action below the 1" top safety margin and above the 3" bottom safety margin. The top attaches to the header bar, while the bottom retracts into the base.
Tabletop 11" × 17": The required graphic size is 11.5" × 17.5". The bottom 1.5" may remain inside the hardware when displayed, so keep all important content above that area.

Retractable banners do not require a separate template. Build your artwork to the required dimensions for the display you order and follow the setup guidelines below. Keep important text, logos, QR codes, phone numbers, and calls to action inside the safe area so they are not concealed by the banner hardware when displayed.

The bottom 3" of the 33"×81" banner retracts into the base when the display is assembled, so that portion of the graphic is hidden. Keep logos, phone numbers, QR codes, and calls to action above the 3" bottom safety margin. The template in the Templates tab shows exactly where this hidden area begins.
The top 1" of the graphic attaches to the banner’s header bar. Keep all important artwork below this line so nothing is covered by the hardware when the banner is displayed.
The bottom 1.5" of the 11"×17" tabletop retractable banner remains inside the hardware when displayed. Keep all important text, logos, and graphics above that bottom safety margin.
Yes. Your artwork does not have to fill the entire banner. If you’d like white space or a colored border around your design, simply leave those areas blank or fill them with your preferred background color.
Rotate the two stabilizing feet outward, assemble the support pole, and insert it into the base. Pull the banner up at a slight angle, then hook the top rail onto the support pole. The entire display assembles in less than a minute without tools.
Yes. The compact 11"×17" tabletop retractable banner fits easily in most carry-on luggage or checked baggage, making it ideal for trade shows, conferences, and traveling sales professionals.
Yes. The printed materials are suitable for indoor and occasional outdoor use. However, retractable banners are not designed for windy conditions. To maximize the life of your display, retract and store the banner whenever it is not actively being used outdoors.
No. Build your artwork at the exact ordered size. Do not include bleeds or crop marks, as the templates already account for the required safety margins.
Submit a print-ready PDF or high-resolution JPG in CMYK color mode, built at the exact ordered banner size. Before submitting your order, carefully review your artwork, spelling, layout, and sizing to make sure everything is correct.
