Download the template that matches your table cloth style and size. Each template includes panel layouts, trim guides, and safe artwork areas to help position your design correctly. Keep logos, text, QR codes, and other important content inside the designated safe areas, as portions of the artwork wrap around the table or extend over the sides. Submit your finished artwork as a print-ready PDF.

Standard drape hangs loosely and drapes naturally over the table for a classic trade show look. Fitted style wraps snug to the table dimensions with canvas loops that secure to each leg — giving a more tailored, streamlined appearance. Both are available in 6’ and 8’ sizes.
The 6’ table cloth is sized for a standard 72”×30”×30” display table. The 8’ table cloth fits a standard 96”×30”×30” display table. Both hang approximately 2” above the floor. If your table is a non-standard size, contact us before ordering.
Table cloths are fully machine washable. Wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent. Air dry or tumble dry on low. To remove wrinkles, iron on low heat with a thin cloth between the iron and the fabric, or use a handheld steamer.
Download the template for your size and drape style from the Templates tab. Design on the layer labeled “Artwork” and delete mask and guide layers as instructed. Do not adjust the artboard size or reposition guidelines — the template is pre-configured to the exact dimensions. Submit as a single-page PDF or JPEG at 300 dpi minimum in CMYK with all fonts converted to outlines.
Submit a print-ready PDF or high-resolution JPG at 300 dpi minimum in CMYK color mode. Once you upload your artwork, you’ll review it and check a confirmation box verifying it’s correct before your order moves into production — there’s no separate proof step for uploaded artwork. If our in-house design team creates your table cloth for you, we’ll share a design proof for your approval before it goes to print.
