Table tents are one of the simplest, most effective ways to put your message directly in front of customers — right where they’re already sitting. Whether you’re promoting a daily special, announcing an event, or sharing contact details, a well-printed table tent works quietly and consistently without any extra effort.
Bellia prints table tents in two popular sizes — 5”×7” and 4”×6” — on your choice of 120# Gloss Cover or 100# Smooth Cover cardstock. They arrive flat and pre-scored, fold and lock together in seconds, and stand on their own with no glue or hardware needed.
Based in Woodbury, NJ, we’ve been producing quality print materials for South Jersey businesses and organizations since 1973.
Which stock is right for you? Choose 120# Gloss Cover for vivid, photo-rich designs with a polished sheen. Choose 100# Smooth Cover for a clean, uncoated look that works well with text-heavy layouts or designs that need to be written on.

Setup tip: Table tents fold in half, so your template represents the full flat sheet. Design each half (front panel and back panel) within the template boundaries. Make sure your fold line is centered and all important content stays within the safe zone margins.
We print table tents in two sizes: 5”×7” and 4”×6”. Both are popular for restaurant, event, and retail use. The 5”×7” offers a taller, more prominent display, while the 4”×6” is compact and fits easily on crowded tables.
Both are the same weight and thickness — the difference is the surface. Gloss Cover has a shiny, coated finish that makes colors and photos look vivid. Smooth Cover is uncoated with a matte feel, which is better for text-heavy designs or any situation where the card may be written on.
Table tents ship flat and pre-scored. Each one has two interlocking slits at the base. Just fold along the scored center line and tuck the flaps together — they lock in place on their own. No glue, tape, or tools required.

Table tents are currently available with full color printing on the outside face only. The inside is unprinted. If you have a specific two-sided requirement, give us a call and we can discuss options.
Once you upload your artwork, you’ll review it and check a confirmation box verifying it’s correct before your order moves into production — there’s no separate proof step for uploaded artwork. If our in-house design team creates your table tent for you, we’ll share a design proof for your approval before it goes to print.
