Submit a print-ready PDF or high-resolution JPG prepared in CMYK color mode. Use the appropriate Bellia booklet or catalog envelope template to confirm the finished size, opening orientation, flap position, safe area, postage placement, addressing zone, and production clearances. No bleed or crop marks are required unless the template states otherwise. Before submitting your order, carefully review your artwork, spelling, layout, and placement to make sure everything is correct.
Once you upload your artwork, you’ll review it and check a confirmation box verifying that it is correct before your order moves into production. There is no separate proof step for customer-supplied artwork. If Bellia’s in-house design team creates your envelope or mailing package, we’ll provide a design proof for approval before printing.
