An A2 envelope is designed to hold a standard 4.25" × 5.5" card, making it a popular choice for thank-you cards, RSVP cards, note cards, announcements, and small greeting cards.
All three are announcement-style envelopes, but each accommodates a different card size. A2 envelopes measure 4.375" × 5.75" and fit 4.25" × 5.5" cards. A6 envelopes measure 4.75" × 6.5" and are commonly used for larger note cards and invitations. A7 envelopes measure 5.25" × 7.25" and are commonly used for wedding invitations, holiday cards, and formal announcements.

Use our A2 envelope template to confirm the correct finished size, safe area, postage placement, and address-clearance zones. No bleed or crop marks are required. Before submitting your order, carefully review your artwork, spelling, layout, and sizing to make sure everything is correct.
Yes. After uploading your artwork and adding your A2 envelopes to the shopping cart, you can download a low-resolution PDF proof before proceeding to checkout. Use the proof to review artwork placement, sizing, orientation, return-address placement, and overall appearance. Carefully check spelling, names, addresses, and other important information before completing your order. If Bellia’s in-house design team creates or prepares your envelope artwork, we’ll provide a design proof for your approval before it goes to print.
