Tension fabric displays create a professional backdrop for trade show exhibits, corporate events, presentations, and branded environments. The lightweight aluminum tube frame assembles without tools, while the dye-sublimated fabric graphic stretches over the frame for a smooth, seamless display that looks polished from both sides.
Available in five sizes — 3', 4', 8', 10', and 20' wide — with full-color front-and-back printing and a carry case included with every order. The 3' and 4' models use a pillowcase-style fabric graphic that slips over the frame and closes with a zipper. The 8', 10', and 20' models use a larger tension fabric system with the frame positioned inside the printed graphic. Both systems are designed for fast, tool-free setup.
For added impact, optional LED lighting is available for the 8', 10', and 20' displays. LED lighting is not included with the standard online configuration; request a custom quote if you’d like to add lighting to your display.

Download the template for your display size below. Build your artwork on the layer labeled Artwork — do not adjust the artboard size or reposition guidelines. Submit a print-ready PDF or high-resolution JPG/JPEG in CMYK color mode. No bleeds or crop marks are needed. Because tension fabric displays are printed in full color on the front and back, upload the front and back artwork as two separate files.

Artwork Tip: Keep important logos, text, QR codes, and other critical content inside the template safe areas. Do not resize the artboard or move template guides. Delete mask or guide layers when instructed before saving your final artwork.

Yes — replacement graphics are available if you already own a compatible frame. Order new fabric at any time to refresh your design without purchasing new hardware.
Yes — the 8.8 oz. tension fabric is machine washable. Use mild detergent and cool water on a gentle cycle. Air dry — do not use a dryer as heat can affect the fabric.
Every order includes a complimentary soft canvas bag. A hard case (durable plastic) is available as an upgrade for added protection during frequent travel or shipping.
Yes — a podium is available as an add-on for the 8’, 10’, and 20’ displays. It’s not a standard ordering option online, so contact us at 856.845.2234 or quotes@belliaprinting.com to add one to your order.
For 8’ and 10’ displays, 150 dpi minimum at final printed size. For the 20’ display, 120 dpi minimum is sufficient given the larger viewing distance.
Download the template for your size from the Templates tab. Build your artwork on the layer labelled “Artwork” — do not adjust the artboard size or reposition guidelines. Submit as JPEG or single-page PDF in CMYK with all fonts converted to outlines.
Submit a print-ready PDF or high-resolution JPG in CMYK color mode. Before submitting your order, carefully review your artwork, spelling, layout, and sizing to make sure everything is correct.
Once you upload your artwork, you’ll review it and check a confirmation box verifying it’s correct before your order moves into production — there’s no separate proof step for uploaded artwork. If our in-house design team creates your display artwork for you, we’ll share a design proof for your approval before it goes to print.
