Custom 24"×18" Yard Sign Printing in South Jersey

Yard signs are one of the most cost-effective ways to advertise locally. Lightweight, weatherproof, and fast to set up — they put your message exactly where your audience already is: in the neighborhood, along the road, or right on the job site.

Our 24"×18" yard signs are printed in full color on 4mm corrugated plastic, the same rigid, weather-resistant material used for professional signage across every industry. You can print front only or front and back, and add optional step stakes that slide right into the corrugated flutes for a quick, tool-free install that holds firm in windy conditions.

Based in Woodbury, NJ, we've been producing quality print materials for South Jersey businesses and organizations since 1973.

Front and back vs. front only: Single-sided printing is the right choice for most applications — the sign faces one direction and viewers only see one side. Double-sided is worth it when your sign will be seen from both directions, such as a sign staked at the end of a driveway or a directional at an intersection.

CUSTOMER QUESTIONS

24"×18" Yard Signs — Frequently Asked Questions

What material are yard signs printed on?

Yard signs are printed on 4mm corrugated plastic (also called coroplast) — a rigid, lightweight board similar in structure to cardboard but made from waterproof plastic. It holds up in rain, wind, and sun without warping or fading.

What are step stakes and do I need them?

Step stakes are H-shaped wire frames that slide into the open flutes (channels) at the bottom of the corrugated sign. You step on the base to drive them into the ground — no tools required. They’re the standard way to display yard signs in grass or soil. If you’re mounting your sign to a fence, wall, or surface rather than staking it in the ground, you can skip the stakes.

Should I print front and back or front only?

Front only is right for most applications where the sign faces a single direction. Choose front and back when your sign will be visible from both sides — such as a stake at the end of a driveway or a directional sign at an intersection.

What file format and resolution should I submit?

Submit a print-ready PDF or high-resolution JPG at 150 dpi minimum, built at the exact size you’re ordering (24"×18"). No bleed or crop marks are needed. Use CMYK color mode and convert fonts to outlines before saving. Before submitting your order, carefully review your artwork, spelling, layout, and sizing to make sure everything is correct.

Can yard signs be used indoors?

Yes — corrugated plastic is equally at home indoors. It’s commonly used for event directional signs, retail displays, and temporary interior signage.

How do I make sure my yard sign is correct before it prints?

Once you upload your artwork, you’ll review it and check a confirmation box verifying it’s correct before your order moves into production — there’s no separate proof step for uploaded artwork. If our in-house design team creates your yard sign for you, we’ll share a design proof for your approval before it goes to print.

Can Bellia design my yard sign?

Yes — our in-house design team can create your yard sign from scratch or work from your existing logo and brand assets. Learn more about our design services.
