Submitting your artwork? Bellia Design, Print & Mail accepts print-ready PDF files only. Keep all important text and logos inside the safe zones shown on the template, and do not move or remove the fold lines, pocket guides, or business card slit guides.

The 14 pt stocks provide a professional everyday weight, while the 16 pt stocks feel noticeably thicker and more substantial. UV coating produces a high-gloss finish with maximum color impact, satin coating offers a smooth low-glare appearance, and uncoated stock provides a natural finish that's easy to write on.
Your artwork prints across the entire outside of the folder—including the front cover, back cover, spine area, and the exterior surfaces of the pockets after assembly. The inside panels remain unprinted. This provides a professional finished appearance while keeping production economical.

Submit your artwork in CMYK at 300 dpi with all fonts embedded or converted to outlines. Before submitting your order, carefully review your artwork, spelling, layout, and sizing to make sure everything is correct.
Once you upload your artwork, you’ll review it and check a confirmation box verifying it’s correct before your order moves into production — there’s no separate proof step for uploaded artwork. If our in-house design team creates your folder for you, we’ll share a design proof for your approval before it goes to print.
