When you need more presence — a bigger message, bolder graphics, or visibility from farther away — the 36"×24" yard sign delivers. At twice the area of a standard 18"×24" sign, it commands attention from the road without requiring any more effort to install.
Printed in full color on 4mm corrugated plastic, these signs are waterproof, weather-resistant, and built to stay looking sharp outdoors. Add optional step stakes for a fast ground install that resists sway in wind, or mount them to a fence or surface without stakes.
Based in Woodbury, NJ, we've been producing quality print materials for South Jersey businesses and organizations since 1973.
Need the smaller size? We also offer 24"×18" yard signs for applications where a standard size is all you need. Same material and options, lower quantity minimums.
Yard signs don't require a separate template — just build your artwork to the exact sign dimensions. Follow the guidelines below for the best print results.
File setup checklist: ✔ Build artwork at exactly 36" × 24" ✔ 150 dpi minimum resolution at full size ✔ CMYK color mode — do not use Pantone or spot colors ✔ Convert all fonts to outlines before saving ✔ No bleed, crop marks, or printer marks needed ✔ For double-sided orders, upload front and back as two separate files ✔ Keep text and logos at least ½" from all edges
If you need help setting up your file or designing your yard sign from scratch, our design team is here to help.
Yard signs are printed on 4mm corrugated plastic (also called coroplast) — a rigid, lightweight board similar in structure to cardboard but made from waterproof plastic. It holds up in rain, wind, and sun without warping or fading.
Step stakes are H-shaped wire frames that slide into the open flutes (channels) at the bottom of the corrugated sign. You step on the base to drive them into the ground — no tools required. They’re the standard way to display yard signs in grass or soil. If you’re mounting your sign to a fence, wall, or other surface, you can skip the stakes.
Front only is right for most applications where the sign faces a single direction. Choose front and back when your sign will be visible from both sides — such as a stake at a busy intersection or the end of a driveway with two-way traffic.
Submit a print-ready PDF or high-resolution JPG at 150 dpi minimum, built at the exact size you’re ordering (36"×24"). No bleed or crop marks needed. Use CMYK color mode and convert fonts to outlines before saving. Before submitting your order, carefully review your artwork, spelling, layout, and sizing to make sure everything is correct.
The 36"×24" has roughly twice the display area of the 24"×18", making it better suited for high-speed roads, busy intersections, and anywhere you need to be seen from a greater distance. If you just need a standard size for a residential neighborhood or low-traffic area, the 24"×18" may be the more economical choice.
Yes — corrugated plastic works equally well indoors. It’s commonly used for event directional signs, retail displays, and temporary interior signage.
Once you upload your artwork, you’ll review it and check a confirmation box verifying it’s correct before your order moves into production — there’s no separate proof step for uploaded artwork. If our in-house design team creates your yard sign for you, we’ll share a design proof for your approval before it goes to print.
