Submit a print-ready PDF or high-resolution JPG prepared in CMYK color mode. Use our envelope template to confirm the correct finished size, safe area, window position, gripper area, postage placement, and address-clearance zones. Standard envelope artwork should not include bleed or crop marks. Before submitting your order, carefully review your artwork, spelling, layout, and placement to make sure everything is correct.
Once you upload your artwork, you’ll review it and check a confirmation box verifying that it is correct before your order moves into production.
